Job Description

Vodafone is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic support team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing world-class support across various channels (phone, email, chat, or in-store).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and billing
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Promote Vodafone services and offers where appropriate
  • Meet performance and quality targets set by the team


Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities 
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Patience and a customer-first attitude 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
     

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Prior customer service experience is an advantage
