We are looking for a responsible Medicine Supervisor to oversee the storage, distribution, and administration of medicines in a healthcare or institutional setting. The role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of medical protocols, and the ability to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Responsibilities:Supervise the receipt, storage, and issue of medicines.Maintain accurate records of stock levels and usage.Ensure proper labeling, handling, and disposal of medicines.Monitor expiry dates and maintain inventory rotation.Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and pharmacists to ensure correct administration.Educate staff about safe medicine handling procedures.Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with health regulations.Report discrepancies, shortages, or safety concerns promptly.Requirements:Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or nursing preferred.Knowledge of medical terminology and safe medicine handling.Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.Ability to work responsibly under minimal supervision.Good communication and leadership abilities.Diploma/degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field is an advantage.
